George Blackburne, III earned his B.S. in Business from the University of Santa Clara. He went on to also earn an M.B.A. from Santa Clara. He earned his Juris Doctorate with honors from the University of Northern California School of Law, and he is a licensed California attorney.

Mr. Blackburne is also a Certified Real Estate Appraiser and a Senior Designated Member of the National Association of Real Estate Appraisers. He is the author of numerous marketing and finance training manuals, including one that sells for $1,000 per copy! He has testified in Superior Court as an expert witness on mortgage loan matters on numerous occasions.
